Hi,
I am a new user of R and currently want to use CCA package till graphics for canonical variation analysis of 14 phenotypic traits data generated for 100 individuals. I am not getting R codes especially for my data set. I've gone to the paper (CCA: An R Package to Extend Canonical Correlation Analysis)., but I am unable to get the solution.
Please help me.
