Error in if (ts.star > ts) p <- p + 1 : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

I. Sam
I'm new in R and I'm interesting in R program
Please help me to solve this issue.
I compare fish length from 5 different countries.
I used kernel density estimate to analyze the data throw sm and KernSmooth packages using the following script:

                   an<-sm.density.compare(KFDG$Fork_length, KFDG$Country,
                   nboot=5000, model ="equal",
                   xlab = 'Fork Length (cm)',
                   ylab = 'Probability Density',
                   xlim.values = c(10, 200))

Country factor have five levels and I'm sure that there were no missing values in my data, but instead I got this message when I run it:

Error in if (ts.star > ts) p <- p + 1 : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

Please help me to solve this issue.

Thanks

I. Sam
