## How to rum Multiple ANOVA and Multiple T-test between the same groups?

 Dear All: good morning *Re:* How to rum Multiple ANOVA and Multiple T-test between the same groups.  Have a look at Bioconductor package genefilter, especially functions colttests and colFtests.
