I am really a newbie to this list and R. So please let me know if this inappropriate.
I am trying to have a large number of binomial test made in one shot. From raw data I have managed to create two tables (same number of rows and columns): one table (s) with group name and success (right answer in a students exam) in different questions (one each column), so these are xvalues of the binomial test and one table (t) with the totals number of attempts for each question, so these are the pvalues of the binomial test.
So basically I have in the same position in the two tables the two input values for the binomal test.
I also have a table (one row) with the value of the probability (not 0.5!).
What is a good way to obtain a table with a true (1)/ false (0) value for hypothesis rejection for all test? Thanks a lot. Mirko
