evaluation package "pampe" issue

rlearner16
Dear R community,

I am trying to replicate an example given in the pampe() package using the following command:

pol.integ <- pampe(time.pretr = time.pretr, time.tr = time.tr, treated = treated, data = growth)

and I receive the following error:
--------------------------------------------------
Error in numeric(nbest * nvmax) : invalid 'length' argument
In addition: Warning message:
In leaps.setup(x, y, wt = weights, nbest = nbest, nvmax = nvmax,  :
  23  linear dependencies found
-------------------------------------------------------

I have also tried to set control groups but it always say comes up with the following error:

----------------------------------------------------------
Error in pamper (time.pretr = time.pretr, time.tr = time.tr, treated = treated,  :
You have selected too many controls. Please change the 'nvmax' setting.
---------------------------------------------------------
Changing nvmax doesn't help.

I would appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

Problem solved,
in the example, pre-treatment and post-treatment, time.pretr and time.tr, generate only two points, so I generated periods using the row indexes instead.
