inconsistency in pbmclapply...

dear members,
                             I am using parallel processing with pbmclapply. below is the code. LYG1[[1]] got from pbmclapply is not the same as LYG1[[1]] got from direct application of auto.arima. what may be wrong?

                         however, "ts must have more than one observation" error is only found for the first entry of LYG1 ( LYG1[[20]], LYG1[[200]], LYG1[[1000]]..etc are all well defined....!

As I think you hve been told before, most attachments don't make it through
the mail server. Use ?dput instead to include data.
