FRED prob

Costas Vorlow
I have a problem with getting data from fRED under windows with getSymbols.
Any clues?

Hi Costas, I have the same problem. I guess is because a problem with Time
Zones in Windows. I am from Buenos Aires/Argentina and I already tried ART,
Buenos_Aires and Argentina and the problem is still there. I only need daily
values thus I tried Sys.setenv(TZ="GMT") and it worked. Probably you can
check it until someone give a better solution, or you can go back to an
older version of R (or migrate to a different OS).
